Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order. In this case, please cancel the order and create a new one.

To cancel an order, log into your customer account on our website. Open the relevant order via “View” and click on the “Cancel order” link. If payment has already been made, the purchase price will be refunded to you within 3 working days.

Once the order has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible. Please do not accept the parcel if it is delivered by post and inform the postman that he should return it immediately. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price to you.

In this case, please contact us by email or phone so that we know that the order will be returned to us. Enter your order number so that we can process your request more quickly.

We offer you the highest quality products and guarantee 100% satisfaction. Should an article still not meet your requirements, you can send it back to us or exchange it within 100 days without giving a reason.

IMPORTANT: Returns without prior notice will not be accepted! Contact us by phone or email so that we can organize the return at no cost to you. Free returns are currently only possible in Germany and Austria.

You will receive the full purchase price back, you will receive a credit note or you can exchange the product. The return period begins with receipt of the goods. Timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. In any case, we assume the risk for your return.

After we have received your return, we will transfer the full value of the goods back to your account within 7 days or exchange the goods according to your wishes. Unfortunately, shipping or cash on delivery costs cannot be reimbursed.

If an article is defective or you do not receive the goods that you ordered, please inform us by email or phone so that we can send you a replacement as soon as possible.

After you have received the replacement delivery, you are obliged to return the first delivered goods to us within 30 days. In any case, we assume the costs and the risk of your return.
